For those unfamiliar, Kingdom is a manga series created by Yasuhira Hara back in 2006 in Weekly Young Jump. Set in China's Warring States period, it follows the protagonist Shin on his quest to become the Great General of the Heavens and unify the nation. The anime adaptation, launched in 2012 by Studio Pierrot (known for Naruto and Yu Yu Hakusho), spans 129 episodes across four seasons, with a fifth season in production, in addition to four movies and a stage play.
Kingdom: Itadaki is slated for a free release on both Android and iOS platforms and is expected to hit stores later this year. Keep your eyes peeled for updates!
